    1860 (June 6): Entire letter from Oltenita to Bucharest, most unusually sent "Express /Estafeta" with manuscript at top denoting this Service, and at lower left the rate paid "15" in blue crayon: for each of the three Post Stations between Oltenita and Bucharest the charge levied was 5 piastres = 15 piastres.
