    Modena 1852: 5 c. black on green with stop after '5', a fine large margined example used on 1858 entire letter to Reggio Emilia written on February 3 in Modena and remaining un-cancelled on departure. The adhesive was cancelled in transit by bold strike of italic two line dated ROVIGO / 6 FEB datestamp in black of the Austria-Lombardy Venetia Postal Service (Muller fig. 209b). Extraordinarily the cover remained un-taxed throughout. Reggio arrival datestamp on reverse of an extremely fine and rare entire. Unique. Certificate Colla (2002).
