An extremely rare single use of the first Arms issue on underpaid cover, maybe the sender thought, that to Trieste only the Lloyd printed matter fee of 2 soldi had to be paid. Taxed in Trieste as a full letter and charged with '18' soldi, resulting from 10 soldi for the Lloyd, 5 soldi for Austria and 5 soldi zutaxe minus the franking of 2 soldi.
