Ukrainian National Republic formular card with violet Western Ukraine arms cachet, addressed to Kolomyja in April 1919, franked with pair First Stanyslaviv 5 sh. on 5 h. light green, stamp at right showing variety 'no stop after H' (Bulat 12), together with pair Kyiv II Tridents on 3 k. imperforate, card with slight vertical filing fold; Indistinct Austrian period despatch cancels, Ukrainian censor mark and red crayon notes. Possibly philatelic, but sent through the mails (rate was 20h, so unterpaid, but not taxed), intriguing and quite unlike the usual confections of the period.
