    Handstruck 30 pa. blue on thin white wove paper, two examples with ample to large margins, used on registered cover to Bucharest, one applied on reverse of cover in the Austrian fashion for registration, both tied by good strikes of scarce BUDEU datestamps (11/3) in black (Kiriac fig. 369). Straight line RECOM. at left of registration and manuscript docket number above (31). Bucharest arrival on reverse (13/3) and five red wax seals. Faults and strengthening on reverse but opened intelligently for Exhibit display, a scarce cover. Certiificate Heimbüchler (2010).
