    Ottoman Steamship Companies 1858: 'Admiralty' stamp lithographed in deep carmine on white paper imperforate, a fine example used on May 9, 1860 cover to Giovani Michelli (Mixany) in Gemlek (Chios) with value in manuscript 1½ pi., framed "P. P." Anchor cachet (Porto Pagato) at right-this being the earliest usage of the combination between the Admiralty stamp and the Anchor cachet.
