    20 pa. black on yellow thin paper coloured through, a superb used horizontal strip of four, positions 8-9-10-11 on the sheet of 154 subjects (therefore marginal from top of the sheet-this can be proved by position 9 showing the "Adam's Retouch" to the central Tughra), used on somewhat tatty registered cover to Rustchouk cancelled by "Targoviste" (Cumai-atik, Bulgaria) battal in blue and by circular cachet of registration. Aged and with faults but a great rarity of the Turkish first issue. Unique. Illustrated in Basaran II, pages 51 and 190.
