    1886 (Feb): New Dies. 1 c. scarlet on yellowish, perf. 13½, the famous used block of ten (7-8 / 47-48) on 1886 cover to Philadelphia tied by "Les Cayes / Haiti" circular datestamps (June 30) in black. Reverse with Jacmel cds (July 1), Kingston, Jamaica (July 4) squared circle and "New York / Paid All" transits.
