    1881 (July 1): 2 c. slate-violet on pale lilac, plate I, imperforate, a complete unused but separated sheet of 50 subjects (10 x 5) in a deep shade, of fine fresh colour and margins showing the 'nail-head' circles on the Tint Plate above position 5, in corner margin beside position 10 and in right margin alongisde position 50. 'Tint plate' can be seen at top and right outer edges of the sheet. Some ironed folds but a rare and most delightful multiple, one of just three full sheets recorded.rnrnProvenance: Collection Ferrars H.
