    Lithographed in the Colony: Fifth Issue 1860 (March): Lithographed (1 d.) rose-red, a complete sheet of 54 subjects (9 x 6) adhered to large piece of paper with manuscript letter from the Trinidad Chief Secretary's Office dated 9 July 1855 stating that "I certify that the postage stamps of which the above is a specimen are genuine...".     Provisional Surcharges 1885/86: ½ on 1 d. carmine-rose, a single example with variety "Surcharge Inverted", used on 1885 cover to Roseau, Dominca with 1882/90 1 d. carmine-rose pair tied by "A12" obliterators with 'St. Kitts' despatch cds alongside (April 15). Reverse with Dominica arrival cds (April 17) in black. Edge faults at top envelope but a very attractive and rare usage.
