    20 pa. black on green, fine used examples (2) on front and back of registered cover to Tophane, the adhesives each tied by dotted handstamps in black with 23 AU 66 / S / GALATA oval datestamp below and bilingual CHARGÉ at top of cover. Five red wax seals on reverse, the letter endorsed 'Poids 3' and thus probably accompanying a gift to the addressee: Hassan Pasha of the Imperial Artillery. Rare and most appealing cover, probably the most attractive of the handful of registered covers recorded.
