    1807 (Oct 19): Prepaid entire letter written in Caloto and mailed from Quilichao to Popayan struck with framed contracted QUILICHAO handstamp in red (Tizon 1 = RRR) with un-framed FRANCA below (Tizon 3 = RRR) and manuscript rate "1½" reales for a single letter under ½ ounce; also an unpaid front of cover to Popayan with same framed handstamp and large un-framed DEVE in red (Tizon 2 = RRR), also rated "1½" in manuscript. A fine and charming pair.
