    Austrian Lloyd Rates 1862 (Jan 19): Entire letter from Ragusa to Scutari, bearing 1861 3 kr. green and 10 kr. brown, two fine and fresh examples, cancelled by crisp two line "RAGUSA / 19. GEN." datestamp in black. An attractive item presenting this rare rate, illustrated in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 226 and in the Ferchenbauer handbook part IV on p. 535 Ferchenbauer = € 1'850.rnNote: Special rate up to 1866 for mail between the Austrian ports in Dalmatia and the Küstenland and sent to Albania - 3 kreuzer for the local transport to the despatch harbour and 10 kreuzer for the Lloyd service.
