    1936: Cover to Lahore from Soldier of the 14th Punjabi Regiment protecting the British Legation in Addis Abeba during the Italo - Ethiopian War, with circular red cachet "ABYSSINIA CONTINGENT / ADDIS ADABA / DET 5th. BN 14th PUNJAB REGT. (PATHANS)" at lower left counter-signed by Commanding Officer. Forwarded by Diplomatic Courier and franked by India Official 1 a. chocolate and tied by "Aden Camp" cds (July 2) in black.
