    1866: 5 parale black on thick blued paper, a superb large margined example (Transfer Type 3), used on local 1867 cover and tied by "Bucuresci" (24/1) datestamp in black. Adhesive crossed by file fold but an extremely rare franking with just two other similar usages recorded. A rarity. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 114 and in Handbook II on page 187. Cert.
