    6 parale pale red, handstruck from single Dies, a superb horizontal strip of six used in combination with 30 pa. blue on cover from Piatra to Galatz; the strip having large margins all round and barely touch at right, the 30 pa. with huge margins, all tied by framed "FRANCO / PIATRA" handstamps in black (Kiriac fig. 318). "Piatra / Moldova" cds (17/7) below and reverse with "Roman" transit cds of same day and Galatz arrival cds (19/7). Some flap faults on reverse, but an extremely rare double rate cover for the specialist. Unique. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 94 and in Handbook II on page 126. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
