    1877 (Feb 19): Hand-painted illustrated envelope mailed to Taunton and franked by 1858 1 d. red pl. 181, with delightful illustration of lady pouring tea for a little girl, endorsed on reverse "Taking tea on the lawn, then disappearing into the Schoolroom window" with Taunton arrival cds alongside. Minor imperfections but an attractive and scarce cover.
