Austria brown-red (Bulat 5), one with variety 'Y' from a different font, plus 50 Sot Registration stamp (Bulat 6). Boxed Kolomyja censor cachet in blue and orange Remboursement label. Faults to cover which has been refolded and slight edge reductions and tears, Registratin stamp affixed with brown glue. Rare and unusual item, probably unique COD usage. Cert. Ceremuga AIEP (2011) Mi = € 500 for the stamps/Bulat = $ 335.
