    Small Registered cover from "SLINKA CHER. ... 10. 18" addressed to Novograd Volinsk but without a receiver cancellation, franked 50 k. perforated Imperial Arms overprinted with local trident type of Zlynka, unpriced in the Bulat catalogue. This Trident type can be found used philatelically with cancellations of Novosibkov etc. but local use at Zlynka is extremely rare. Signed Seichter BPP, illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987) Plate CDLXIV. Provenance: Collection Dr. Seichter.

    Locally produced Money Transfer Form of Yampol Podillia used there to transfer 2500 Karbovanets from "YAMPOL POD 23.10.19" to "MURAFA POD ... 11.19", franked 2 x 50 sh. General issue and 40 x 35 k. Imperial Arms perforated overprinted Podillia Ia. This MTF is significant as the first and only attempt to Ukrainize the MTFs in use at the time and only about a dozen examples of this local formular  have been recorded in modern collections. Listed at page 288 of the Bulat catalogue.
