    Large format envelope to which are affixed a set (14) of the unissued "Vienna Issue" of 1920, shown in the Bulat catalogue at page 148. The stamps are tied by official seals and the accompanying handwritten and typed text, dated 11 March 1921, confirms the authenticity of the issue. Seal of the Consular Section of the Ukrainian Legation in Vienna at bottom left. This item has been discussed in the Ukrainian Philatelist, vol 48, No 1, (2000) and illustrated there at page 18, a full translation is also provided.

    Accumulation of many hundreds 1920 Vienna unissued set of 14 in sheets and multiples, including stamps printed on maps. Also included is a complete sheet of  the last General issue of Ukraine (Bulat 2544) cut into three sections, the 1923 Famine Relief issue in complete sheets of 50, and multiples of the 40 and 50 sh. Fiscal stamps, including some with fantasy overprints. Fresh and fine condition throughout this interesting accumulation.

    Imperial Russia stamp booklets for 2 r., issued in 1913 (B9 in the Standard catalogue), both incomplete. In the first booklet, 34 remaining stamps are overprinted with Kyiv IIa single handstamp applied to present tête-bêche pairs. In the second booklet, the 31 remaining stamps are overprinted with Kyiv IIgg single handstamps, inverted in each case. Both booklets are in fine condition, all the stamps unmounted mint. These booklets are believed the only two recorded (Bulat records one copy of his # 547 but the booklet with IIa overprints is unlisted).
